BYLAW NO. 5-2023
RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SASMAN NO. 336
A BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY WITHIN THE
ORGANIZED HAMLET OF KUROKI
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Sasman #336 In the Province of
Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. No person shall herd livestock at any time within the limits of the
Organized Hamlet of Kuroki.
2. No person shall graze any livestock, nor shall any livestock be permitted to
graze at any time within the limits of the Organized Hamlet of Kuroki.
3. Property owners within the Organized Hamlet of Kuroki will be allowed to
own and raise up to six chickens per lot, keeping those chickens within
their properties and ensuring that no other residents' are affected by the
keeping of poultry.
4. Bylaw 42/83 is hereby repealed.
5. Any person found guilty of an infraction of any of the provisions of this
bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw
of this municipality.
6. This Bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of the final
passing thereof.
