## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF SUTTON NO. 103
## BYLAW NO. 6/15
## A BYLAW TO LIMIT TO SPEED OF TRUCKS WEIGHING TEN TONNES OR MORE
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Sutton No. 103 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts the following:
1. All trucks weighing ten tonnes or more shall be subject to a maximum speed limit of sixty kilometers per hour (60 km/h).
2. Signs indicating the speed limit as stated in Section 1 shall be placed as follows:
- Grid 718 westbound: SE corner 1-12-1-W3
- Grid 718 eastbound: NW corner 7-12-3-W3
- "Dry Lake Road" westbound: SE corner 25-11-1-W3
- Southern Boundary westbound: SE corner 2-10-1-W3
7. Southern Boundary eastbound: road allowance lying south SW 6-10-3-W3
- Mazenod Grid northbound to Highway 43: SW corner 3-10-2-W3
- Mazenod Grid southbound from Highway 43: NE corner 33-10-2-W3
- Mazenod Grid northbound from Highway 43: SW corner NW 34-102-W2;
- "Road to the Isles" northbound: SW corner 3-10-3-W3
12. "Road to the Isles" southbound: NW corner 33-10-3-W3
13. Palmer-Coderre Grid northbound: SW corner 4-11-3-W3
14. Palmer-Coderre Grid southbound: NE corner 32-12-3-W3
15. Southbound: NE corner 34-12-2-W3
16. Southbound: NE corner 31-12-1-W3
- Northbound: SW corner 3-11-1-W3
3. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect upon the installation of all signs mentioned in Section 2.
