## BYLAW NO. 2/20
## A BYLAW TO AMEND ZONING BYLAW NO. 3/98
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Sutton No. 103 in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts to amend Bylaw No. 3/98 as follows:
1. That the Zoning District Map (Map 1) approved on October 21, 1998 and referred to in Section 4 is amended by rezoning from A-Agricultural District to H-Hamlet District the areas described as:
- a) Map 1A - the area within NE 28-10-2-W3, SE 33-10-2-W3 and SW 33-10-2-W3 is amended to allow for further definition by adding the insert Map 1A of the area designated as Mazenod to be rezoned from A-Agriculture to H-Hamlet.
- b) Map 1B - the area within SW 33-10-2-W3 is amended to allow for further definition by adding the insert Map1B of the area designated as Palmer to be rezoned from A-Agriculture to H-Hamlet.
2. This amendment shall include the areas indicated by the bold lines on the enlarged maps of Mazenod and Palmer attached, Maps 1A and 1B respectively.
3. This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the date of final approval by the Minister of Government Relations.
