## BYLAW NO 4/59
A BYLAW TO PROHIBIT THE PLANTING OF TREES, WITHIN ONE HUNDRED AND PIRAT FOT FROM THE SHORE OF MUNICIPAL ROADS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Swift Current No 137 of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. The planting of trees or shrubs, or the placing of stone piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects within one hundred and fifty feet from the centre of any road other than a provincial highway is hereby prohibited.
2. Any person found guilty of infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipali
