## BYLAW NO 5/59
A BYLAW RE: THE REMOVAL OF TREES WITHIN THREE HUNDRED FEET OF INTERSECTIONS OF MUNICIPAL ROADS
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Swift Current No 137 of Saskatchewan enacts as follows:
1. authorized to provide for the removal shrubs growing on private property at or adjacent to and within three hundred feet from intersections of municipal roads.
2. Any such obstructios bylather growing before of after adoption of this be removed at the expense oi the municipality, and for so doing the person appointed by the council shall have the right of entry upon any private property.
3. Any person found guilty of infraction of any of the provisions of this bylaw, and any person who refuses the right of entry, or who in any way hinders entry upon land for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this bylaw shall be guilty an offence and liable to the penalties provided in the general
