## RURAL MUNICIPALITY OF WELLINGTON NO 97 BYLAW NO. 58-1
## A BYLAW TO PROMIBIT THE PLANTING OF IRRES, SHRUBS, ETC.
The Council of the Rural Municipality of Wellington No. 97 0f Saskatchewan enacts as follows;-
- I. The planting of trees or shrubs, or the placing of stone piles, portable structures, machinery or other objects within one hundred and fifty feet from the centre of any road other than a provincial highway is hereby prohibited.
2. Any person found guilty of infraction of the provisions of this bylaw shall be liable to the penalties provided in the general penalty bylaw of the municipality.
3. Bylaw No 57-4 passed March 5,1957 shall be repealed. READ THREE TIMES by unanimous vote, and passed by the Council of the Rural Municipality of Wellinton No. 97 at Cedoux in the Province of Saskatchewan, this 8th day of April A.D. 1958.
