Keeping of livestock - defined to include poultry - is prohibited citywide outside AG/FUD districts, the pound, the SPCA, vet clinics, licensed operations (excl. intensive livestock) and abattoirs/hatcheries; other domestic animals are otherwise permitted, except breeding/boarding kennels in R/M/B/C districts.
