# Utilities (Water and Sewer)
The Town of Tisdale offers a number of services to residents including the provision of water and sewer services. Municipal water is provided through a modern reverse osmosis system.
**How to set up utility account?**
To set up utility account, please complete the Application for Water and Sewer form, visit the Town Office or email it to [email protected].
**Is there a meter deposit?**
There is a water meter deposit required upon connection; which is refundable or applied to your final bill when you relocate.
$100.00 - for homeowners
$150.00 - for renters
**When are utility bills issued?**
Bills are issued bi-monthly every 15th day of February, April, June, August, October & December.
**What are included in the utility bills?**
Bills include your water and sewer flat fees, usage charge and garbage and recycle charges.
**What are the rates?**
**Water Rates:**$62.00 - Bi-Monthly Flat Rate
$9.75 for every additional 1000 imperial gallons
**Sewer Rates:**
$40.00 - Bi-Monthly Flat Rate
$4.50 for every additional 1000 imperial gallons
**Waste Utility Fee:**
Garbage Rate - $18.00/ Bi-Monthly
Recycling Rate - $10.00/ Bi-Monthly
**Can I sign up for e-billing?**
The Town of Tisdale offers E-billing. Please complete the Application for Utility E-Bill form and email to [email protected].
**How to disconnect utility account?**
To disconnect utility account, please complete the Application for Discontinuance of Water and Sewer Service form and email it to [email protected].
