In the City of Weyburn, Saskatchewan, backyard hens & livestock rules are set by Beekeeping Bylaw No. 2022-3449 and 1 other bylaw, verified 2026-09-27. Permit or licence: Beekeeping License required; initial application $100; annual renewal $25. Setback: No person shall place the hive within one (1) metre of any property line. Livestock rule: No person shall keep any livestock being any horse, cow, sheep, goat, pig, swine or similar animals within the limits of the City.
