BYLAW NO. 22/2014
A BYLAW OF THE CITY OF YORKTON IN THE
PROVINCE OF SASKATCHEWAN TO ESTABLISH FEES FOR THE
PURPOSE OF TAX CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Yorkton deems it appropriate to establish fees
for the purpose of Tax Certificates;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Yorkton enacts as follows:
1. That the following tax certificate fee schedule be established and applied in
accordance with Section 246 of The Cities Act:
Tax Certificates issued from City Hall
$20.00
Virtual City Hall (online)
1 - 19 searches annually
$25.00
20 - 39 searches annually
$50.00
40 - 79 searches annually
$100.00
80 - 119 searches annually
$200.00
120 - 199 searches annually
$300.00
200 - 299 searches annually
$500.00
300 - 399 searches annually
$750.00
400+ searches annually
$1,000.00
2. Effective Date of Bylaw
This bylaw shall come into force and take effect on the day of final passing thereof
and apply commencing in the assessment year of 2014.
