TOWN OF WATSON LAKE
BYLAW 2025-04
BEING A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW
WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of Section 220 of the Municipal Act, provides that a Council may, by
Bylaw, amend a Bylaw or Resolution;
AND WHEREAS Council of the Municipality of the Town of Watson Lake deems it expedient to amend
Bylaw 20-19, being the Fees and Charges Bylaw;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Municipality of the Town of Watson Lake in Open Meeting duly
assembled, HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1; Appendix “A”, forming part of Fees and Charges Bylaw 20-19, adopted the 16" day of
April 2024, is hereby repealed.
2: Amended Appendix “A”, forming part of Fees and Charges Bylaw #20-19, is
hereby adopted.
3: This Bylaw shall come into full force and effect upon the final passing thereof.
