What “source text reviewed” means
The ten pilot noise guides summarize specific captured municipal documents. Their questions and activity tables were checked against the available document transcriptions, including the conditions and exceptions relevant to the summaries. The review is editorial and AI-assisted; it is not municipal certification or legal advice.
Four different dates
- Adoption
- The date supported by an adoption statement or other evidence in the document. An adoption date does not establish that a rule remains in force.
- Capture
- When a source copy was saved. An archived copy preserves the evidence available at that time.
- Source text reviewed
- When the guide's explanations were checked against that captured text. It is not a new capture date or a claim of current law.
- Amendments checked through
- A separate assessment of later changes. The pilot marks this as not established: a fresh page-generation date must never be mistaken for an amendment review.
Follow the evidence
Section links open the corresponding passage in the captured full text. Highlighting identifies where to begin reading; it does not replace the whole section, table or document. PDF text extraction and OCR can contain errors, especially in tables. The linked municipal document and archived PDF preserve the original layout.
Each guide is tied to a particular source fingerprint. If the underlying source changes, its reviewed interpretation must be checked again before publication. HTML pages, downloadable JSON, and the public data exports use the same reviewed answer records.
Missing information stays missing
“Not established” means this review could not support an answer from the available source. It does not mean no rule exists. Complaint instructions are linked only when checked; otherwise the guide directs readers to the municipality's website and states the gap.
