Delinquent property tax collection costs

If an action to collect delinquent property taxes is filed in a court of appropriate jurisdiction, all costs of collection, including reasonable counsel fees shall be added to the amount due.
WHEREAS, at a duly advertised special joint meeting 18 March, 2019 of the Planning Commission and Board of Commissioners, the Board of Commissioners:
BE IT ORDAINED that this ordinance will take effect upon adoption.
ADOPTED this 18th day of March, 2019.
