Noise ordinance prohibits plainly audible sound across property lines. Animal noise: continuous 15 minutes or intermittent 30+ minutes plainly audible is a violation. Truck idling >10 minutes for vehicles >6,000 lbs prohibited if audible to residents. Construction equipment prohibited weekdays 9pm-7am and weekends 5pm Sat-7am Mon. Penalties: $100/$200/$300-500.
