# Business Licenses Municipal Business Licensing Requirement In June 2025, Council passed Business Licensing By-law No. 2025-30. All businesses operating within the Township of Black River-Matheson are required to obtain a Municipal Business License. Licenses must be obtained by **April 30, 2026** to avoid late fees, penalties, or enforcement action.
