Mapleton Zoning By-law 2010-080 (s.6.2.1) allows a short-term rental (under 31 days) only inside a residential dwelling that is the operator's principal residence, with a maximum of three bedrooms for booking. Parking must meet s.6.27, and spaces may be in tandem with the house's own spaces.
