law 0133-2022. Region of Peel, and School Board charges are based on the type/size of unit.

A Small Unit is defined as gross floor area of 65 m2 (700 sq. ft.) or less by the City of Mississauga and gross floor area
of 750 sq. ft. or less by the Region of Peel.

The Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) amended the City of Mississauga's 2022 Development Charges By-law on March 7,
2025. The OLT Settlement rates are in effect from June 22, 2022 until DC by-law 0133-2022 expires or is repealed.
