TOWN OF ROSETOWN
BYLAW NO. 789-18
A BYLAW FOR THE PURPOSE OF REGULATING AND ENSURING THE
SAFE OPERATION OF PRIVATE SWIMMING POOLS/HOT TUBS.
The Council of the Town of Rosetown in the Province of Saskatchewan enacts as
follows:
1.
This bylaw shall be referred to as the "The Swimming Pool Bylaw".
2 .
I n t his bylaw:
(a)
"Chief Administrative Officer" shall mean the Chief Administrative
Officer of the municipality;
(b) "Council" shall mean the council of the Town of Rosetown;
( c )

co ncr et e, fiber g las s, vin yl o r simi lar mat er ia l, int ended to co nt ain wat er

inc lude s poo ls s it uat ed o n to p o f t he gro und and ho t t ubs.

"o wner " mea ns a person who has any right, title, estate or interest in a
property upon which a private swimming pool is situated.
